This year's Distinguished Lecturer at the Baker Street Irregulars' weekend was Professor Sir Christopher Frayling, known to members of the Ghost Story Society as the author of VAMPYRES and the BBC-TV series tie-in, NIGHTMARE: THE BIRTH OF HORROR.

Christopher's talk examines new evidence which illuminates the conception and writing of Conan Doyle's THE HOUND OF THE BASKERVILLES.
